Hey man! i’m a skinny guy too wanting to get ‘leaner’ as it were. I’m currently eating waaay too much sugary foods and not enough ‘good’ foods, and irregular times for meals and different sleep patterns is probably not helping. What’s the best way to ditch sugary stuff and get onto a solid diet?? any tips wuld be gr8 man. cheers in advance.
