    hey can anyone tell me if my workout plan is good. Im trying to put on weight and build muscle steadily. i eat right and drink shakes.

    iv made a plan to work out about 5 days a wk and 25 mins and after few weeks going to do 4 or 3 times a week and fgor longer… is that ok??? or should i be doing something else

    My work out contain push ups, dead lifts, bench press and biceps and triceps and a few other exercises… is that right???

    could do with some good advice plzzz

    If you work out too much a week your just slowing down your muscle recovery time. Which is making it harder for you to gain muscle. And when you do weights make sure you are using Heavy Weights (Or Overpower) And use freeweights, stay away from bowflex and junk like that, it limits your muscle movement therefor making you gain muscle slower and not excersizing every part of the muscle you are trying to hitup.

    i do free weights actuli currently just got barbell bcs not got much spce in room to get more stuff in…

    i was wondering when do you knooo a weight is heavy?? obvsly sounds like a stupid question but like im doing currently 23kg and i weight 54kg… but for different exercises i can do different amount of reps if you know what i mean.. i can add and take off weights but thats takes the piss..lol

    considering your age i would stick with pushups, situps, pull ups, dips, and running…just wait another year or two. i’m no expert but i went from 135 at 14yrs old to 225 and 6′4″ at 18…played high school football. eat lots of chicken and pasta, drink lots of water and milk

    working with weights doesnt stunt your growth, you guys dont know what you’re talking about. training muscle cells isn’t gonna make other cells stop working, you’ll still grow the same, if not better, than if you didnt train.

    yeah pounds, well you don’t (have) to eat alot of chicken n pasta. I know some vegans that are in pretty good shape. I’m just saying what worked for me and what I liked to eat. milk and eggs are on the top of the list for protein after that is chicken. pasta was my carbs. but when i played football i would eat pizza before a game
