If you work out too much a week your just slowing down your muscle recovery time. Which is making it harder for you to gain muscle. And when you do weights make sure you are using Heavy Weights (Or Overpower) And use freeweights, stay away from bowflex and junk like that, it limits your muscle movement therefor making you gain muscle slower and not excersizing every part of the muscle you are trying to hitup.
i do free weights actuli currently just got barbell bcs not got much spce in room to get more stuff in…

Oatmeal is my basic breakfast every day and it always provides the best long-lasting energy for my exercising. I also have yogurt for snacks, and it doesn’t seem to affect me the way you said it affects you.

considering your age i would stick with pushups, situps, pull ups, dips, and running…just wait another year or two. i’m no expert but i went from 135 at 14yrs old to 225 and 6′4″ at 18…played high school football. eat lots of chicken and pasta, drink lots of water and milk

working with weights doesnt stunt your growth, you guys dont know what you’re talking about. training muscle cells isn’t gonna make other cells stop working, you’ll still grow the same, if not better, than if you didnt train.
yeah pounds, well you don’t (have) to eat alot of chicken n pasta. I know some vegans that are in pretty good shape. I’m just saying what worked for me and what I liked to eat. milk and eggs are on the top of the list for protein after that is chicken. pasta was my carbs. but when i played football i would eat pizza before a game
