ive noticed he breathes well doing the exercises..exhaling during the pull/push and inhaling during the lowering
God I love these guys. They really motivated me to start training again.
I havn’t trained for 2 years (when I stopped being a militairy professional) and after 2 weeks I start seeing results again. Give or take 10 more weeks and I’ll be back to my good old self from 2-3 years back.

your either doing it wrong or adding too much weights.
make sure your knees always stay directly above your toes

Vince does great high intensity workouts. That are harder than they look.
i dont think it matters, you do what you are capable of, if you can barely lift 25 then do 20’s, as long as u use teh second hardest wieghts for yourself you will gain muscle just as fast as what he does
