		<description>Do tons of push ups and other body weight exercises like squats, crunches, planks, running, sprinting, etc. You can put on a backpack with tons of heavy books and do push ups with it. You can also fill milk jugs with sand or water and use those as weights. These are just a few suggestions, there are thousands of ways you can exercise and gain muscle. You won&#39;t gain a ton of muscle because the books and the backpack can only go so far, and the weight will need to be increased in order to gain even more muscle.</description>
