		<description>Hey mate,

It's good that you're taking the initiative to look for advice. Sometimes when you're working out on your own, there are things like diet, sets vs reps and amount of rest you should take that no one has a clear answer for.

It's actually sometimes counter-productive to "make up" your own muscle routine. Sure, when you're starting off, you may see gains, but you will notice that your body will "plateau off", whether it'd be in weight, muscle size, etc. In that case, even if you work out longer, you might just be wasting your energy and burning off muscle, not building it.

This leads me to say that it's always best to seek advice from someone who knows what they're talking about. Generous personal trainers are hard to come by, your mates who work out might seem like they know what they're doing, but if they haven't studied anatomy or nutrition, they're no better than you. Don't get me started about the muscle industry, either.

I do have a selection of the most effective muscle routine programs for you. I hope you find one which will help you reach your muscle building goals!

Best of luck,

Cheng.</description>
